Delivery of Your Foam Order
At Birmingham Foam Shop, we are committed to processing and shipping all customer orders as swiftly and efficiently as possible. We understand that timely foam delivery is essential, so we prioritize quick dispatch. If your item is in stock and you place your order before 10:00 AM Monday to Thursday, we can generally arrange next-day delivery, subject to your delivery area. Below are the details of our delivery zones, including pricing and estimated delivery times.

  • Mainland UK: 48-72hrs Delivery - £10
  • Highlands: 48-72hrs Delivery - £10
  • Islands: 48-72hrs Delivery - £20
  • Republic of Ireland & Europe: Please contact us for a quote


Worldwide Foam Delivery
We are happy to ship internationally; however, please contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping costs and other details. If you forget, we will reach out to confirm these details before dispatching your order.

Tracking Your Order
We typically use Royal mail, Parcel Force or Evri as our couriers, and you can check the latest tracking information on the relevant websites. There, you'll see when your order reaches the depot, if it’s out for delivery, and who signed for it. If we use a different courier for your order, we will notify you and provide tracking details for that service.

What Happens If No One Is Home to Receive My Delivery?
The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the driver will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling via the website.

Damaged Package or Missing Items
Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the package for damage. If the packaging is significantly damaged, you can refuse the delivery or sign for it as damaged. Contact us immediately so we can assist with a solution.

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, missed, or incorrect deliveries by third-party couriers. We also cannot accept liability for lost profits or indirect losses caused by these circumstances.
